Information for distance selling contracts and instructions on the right of cancellation for consumers
If you order our products by means of distance communication such as by letter, telephone, fax or e-mail, a distance selling contract is concluded with the company DTS GmbH, Aspachweg 14, D- 74427 Fichtenberg. The product images within the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. The contract for the products ordered by you is concluded by the submission of your binding offer by sending your online/order form and our acceptance by written confirmation by e-mail or the delivery of the goods. The confirmation of receipt sent to you immediately after placing an order by electronic means does not constitute a binding acceptance by the seller, nor does the receipt of an order by telephone. The seller is entitled to accept the customer's binding offer within 3 working days of receipt of the customer's order. We will dispatch ordered goods to you within three working days of our acceptance of your offer at the latest. Further information on our products and their availability can be found in the online shop on the product detail page. The prices quoted are final prices in euros including VAT and excluding delivery and shipping costs. The amount of the additional shipping costs can be found in the online shop in the seller information. Goods are only dispatched against cash on delivery or payment in advance. We grant consumers a right of cancellation to the extent described below.
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to

to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
